PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A federal indictment has accused an Oregon man of advocating violent jihad in an online Arabic newspaper in support of the terrorist organization ISIS.
Hawazen Sameer Mothafar, 31, was arrested Thursday morning, federal authorities said.
