President Trump[1] said Monday that he’s likely to shake up his Cabinet after the midterm elections.

“Administrations[2] make changes usually after midterms, and probably we’ll be right in that category too,” Mr. Trump[3] told reporters. “I think it’s very customary.”

Among the likeliest departures is Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The president said he expects to nominate a replacement for U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley by end of this week; he has called State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert a strong contender.

Asked about embattled Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, Mr. Trump[4] said he would “take a look” at reports of ethics violations. But he said Mr. Zinke “has done a very good job.”
