Canadian police on Wednesday said the second suspect in the stabbing deaths of 10 people in the province of Saskatchewan has been located and is in police custody, AP reports.
Driving the news: Myles Sanderson was located near the town of Rosthern in Saskatchewan at about 3:30 p.m. local time, according to a statement from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Wednesday's announcement comes days after one of the two suspected assailants, Damien Sanderson, 31, was found dead in one of two sites where 10 people were stabbed to death and 18 others injured.
- He had "visible injuries," but these "are not believed to be self-inflicted," said Rhonda Blackmore, the assistant commissioner of the RCMP Saskatchewan, in a briefing.
Sanderson and his brother Damien, 30, are accused of killing 10 people and wounding 18 in a string of attacks across an Indigenous reserve and in the nearby town of Weldon, per AP....
