Election Day is less than eight months away and a handful of states still haven’t finished drawing new congressional lines. But even with that uncertainty, the fight for the House majority is getting more clear.
The overall trajectory of the midterm elections remains good for the GOP. President Joe Biden’s job rating has improved slightly in the last few days, but he’s still likely to be a drag on Democratic candidates this fall with a 42 percent approval / 53 percent disapproval rating, according to the latest FiveThirtyEight average.
